New opportunities for international students!

“Last year, due to the pandemic, many students found themselves in a difficult financial situation, because they lost the opportunity to earn money for comfortable living. The university opened doors for young workers. By this time, our students have already been working at MGRI. During this year, the number of student staff has grown, and now we are giving more opportunities for employment at the university for international students. Besides, MGRI is implementing this program for quite a while with successful results,” – comments the initiative Vice-Rector for International Affairs and Regional Cooperation Anastasia Mashkova.

 

“At work, I often have to deal with various documents (such as meetings protocols of faculties’ committees, different students’ reports) and it helps me enrich my hard skills to quickly process incoming information and be more attentive. My work in the Dean's office greatly helps me develop communication and negotiation skills, which are necessary for any modern person. Since I do not have a language barrier, I do not experience any difficulties during my work. The only drawback is the need to periodically confirm the validity of the insurance policy”, - says Yanina Kudina, specialist in educational and methodological work of the Faculty of Geology and Geophysics of Oil and Gas, citizen of the Republic of Belarus..
