In order to receive an invitation you need to supply the following documents (either sent by e-mail or submitted personally):
An application addressed to the rector of the University (Appendix No. 1)
A copy of the pages of the passport containing personal data and the validity date of the passport (the validity of the passport at the time of issuing the invitation is to be no less than 18 months, otherwise we cannot issue an invitation). Translation into Russian is not required.
Copy of documents on education (for familiarization and decision-making on your invitation). Translation into Russian is not required.

The invitation issue time: 30 working days
A copy of the invitation will be sent to you or your representative indicated in the Application.
You need to contact the consular department of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in your country for a single entry visa, enclosing a printed copy of the invitation.
If the Embassy requests additional documents confirming the purpose of arrival to issue an entry visa, you or your representative will need to contact us again.
Upon arrival in Moscow, you must arrive at the University within 3 working days. Conclude an agreement, pay the tuition fee, the medical insurance fee and the state fee for the issue of a student visa and finally submit the necessary documents for registration at the place of stay and the issue of a student visa. Your passport is accepted for the issue of a student visa no later than 25 working days prior to the expiration of your single entry visa.
