If you feel that you are in a critical situation, if you worry and can’t handle it yourself, or if you have experienced a trauma, you can turn for counselling.
In order to receive distance counselling dial:
051 (if you’re calling from a landline, around the clock, free)
+7(495) 051 (if you’re calling from a mobile phone and use one of these operators: MTS, Megafon, Beeline, Tele2; the call is payable according to your operator’s terms; available round the clock)
In order to receive counselling in person, dial:
+7 (499) 173-09-09 (Monday-Friday from 9.00 till 21.00, Saturday from 9.00 till 18.00, Sunday – day off, free of charge) – general information service
051 (free of charge) – twenty-four-hour counselling if you’re calling from a landline
+7 (495) 051 - twenty-four-hour counselling if you’re calling from a mobile phone (payable according to your plan)
Counselling means work aimed at stabilizing your emotional state, easing your emotional distress, making you realize your reaction to the situation and helping you accept it.
