MGRI international students win at the competition of project works.
Kamila Daurenbekova (Kazakhstan), a junior year student of Faculty of Engineering, Prospecting and Mining, and Dilini Bandara (Sri Lanka), a senior year student of Hydrogeological Faculty, won the 5th International competition of project works in the Russian language for international students. The competition subject was "My profession – my future".
MGRI students submitted projects about the future job: Kamila’s project “Oil and gas branch – a dream of my life” was about her specialization in mining engineering, Dilini prepared the project titled "Save the world – save the future" about becoming a hydrogeologist as well as a geological engineer.
Participation assumed not only the presentation, but also protection of the project before the jury. In the performances students told about features and values of the chosen specialties, their demand, education, necessary for work, possible work places, advantages and disadvantages of the chosen profession, etc.
Following the results of the competition Kamila's work was awarded by the 1st degree diploma and Dilini's work was awarded with a laureate’s diploma in the “Depth of Topic Disclosure” nomination.

Both girls are successful in their studies and are active in the university’s life", – comments the vice-rector for international affairs and regional cooperation Anastasia Mashkova.
